Our Story
New Chapter
ShabaShabu was opened by Mr. Charles Tirada 20 years ago and it has since become a staple in the Holly Park Shopping center. In Early 2022, Mr. Tirada decided to turn the sushi area into what is now Known as BLACK IVORY CAFE. In BLACK IVORY, we sell Coffee, Boba, and Asian breakfast.

Our goal is to provide the best coffee around, which is why we partnered with Don Pablo Coffee. In addition to great coffee, we also provide the best boba in town. We use the best quality of purees and concentrated syrups, as well as powders.

OUR PARTNERSHIP
Here at BLACK IVORY CAFE we use a medium-dark roasted espresso bean provided by Don Pablo's Coffee. It is a Colombian and Brazilian Blend. Don Pablo's coffee describe the coffee bean taste as "Sweet and well integrated and the body medium to full. The finish is cocoa-toned and very smooth with low acidity."

We also have the option for Decaf Espresso, which is a dark roast.
